Behavioural Profiling
Behavioural assessment is a quick and efficient way to
predict how an individual will behave or respond, in a range of
situations. It is based on a well established theory of human behaviour
and provides an indication of self image on 4 scales of Dominance,
Influence, Steadiness and Compliance - DISC. It also shows how
individuals will change under pressure and how they are modifying their
behaviour to fit their current role. When the basic analysis is
complete, the data can be used to produce a range of specific reports
such as :-
- Candidate feedback report
- Effective management report

Why use Behavioural Profiling? The
behavioural analysis tool is very versatile, and can be used for a wide
range of applications in selection, career guidance, appraisal, team
analysis and training and development. For each application it provides
a structured and objective view of the individual, which helps clarify
issues and lead to subsequent decisions and actions. The major
advantages of this approach are:-
-
Administration can be conducted manually or
on-line
-
It is quick and simple to complete (approx 15 mins
for candidates)
-
It can be administered in many non-English
languages
-
Self generated reports are easy to understand
without specialist training
