Behavioural assessment is a quick and efficient way to predict how an individual will behave or respond, in a range of situations. It is based on a well established theory of human behaviour and provides an indication of self image on 4 scales of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance - DISC. It also shows how individuals will change under pressure and how they are modifying their behaviour to fit their current role.
When the basic analysis is complete, the data can be used to produce a range of specific reports such as :-
Personal report
Executive report
Strengths and limitations
Technical audit
Team audit
Candidate feedback report
Management audit
Job comparison report
Sales role audit
Call centre audit
Effective management report
Why use Behavioural Profiling?

For each application it provides a structured and objective view of the individual, which helps clarify issues and lead to subsequent decisions and actions.
The major advantages of this approach are:-
Self generated reports are easy to understand
without specialist training
It is quick and simple to complete (approx 15 mins
for candidates)
It can be administered in many non-English
languages
Administration can be conducted manually or
