Line Manager Training

As the title suggests it is a programme of learning and development sessions designed specifically to enhance the knowledge and skill sets of a core group of employees in the workplace. The sessions are designed to reflect the needs and goals of both the organisation and the individual. Ranging from half day workshops to week long programmes they involve a number of key subject matters such as coaching, effective delegation, communication, managing performance and handling difficult situations.
