Middle Manager Training

Middle Manager Training is a series of development sessions designed specifically to strengthen the core attributes of a vital level of the management structure. The sessions are designed to focus on the key goals of both the individual and organisation, ensuring both are aligned to the same business strategy.

Generally the sessions are full day, themed programmes covering such subject matters as influencing skills, motivation and planning and organising.

How much does middle manager training cost?

Examples of the investment required are set out below:

  • For a one day programme with 6 delegates the delivery costs are £1200

  • For a two day programme with 6 delegates the delivery costs are £2200

  • For a three day programme with 6 delegates the delivery costs are £3100

For bespoke programmes one off development costs would also be incurred. These would be on a sliding scale dependant on the length of the programmes. Individual quotations are provided for all bespoke work.
